It is normal for the client/hirer to arrange their own entertainment, music, flowers, photographers and the registrar, but advice is available from our experienced team if required.
- Maximum seated for function - 130 Persons
- Maximum occupancy in evening - 250 Persons
- Up to 13x10 round seated tables
- Full access to Flambards Park and Amusement Rides (if open) - add cover fee £4 per person
- Audio, visual equipment, lighting and heating
- FREE parking and overnight parking is allowed
- Pre - access to decorate/dress the venue by arrangement
- Cash bar/s available (tabs by arrangement)
- Flambards can arrange plated/sit down buffet meals from £12.00 each (contact us for details)
- Client/hirer may arrange their own catering and supplies. This has an additional cover fee of £60 inc. VAT
- There is a non refundable deposit required to secure booked date
