COVID-19 (Coronavirus) – Latest Information for Visitors
Following recent advice from the Government on the response to the Covid-19 coronavirus outbreak, we have taken the very difficult decision to postpone the opening of Flambards.
This is a purely precautionary measure but we believe it is the only responsible option to take in order to help safeguard the health, safety and wellbeing of our visitors and staff.
We do not know currently when we will re-open, but we will provide further updates as soon as we can.
Please visit our FAQs page to find out how your booking is affected and who to contact if you need further assistance.
All the team at Flambards would like to thank you for your support during these troubling times and hope you and your families stay well.
We very much look forward to welcoming you back as soon as we can.
Why is Flambards closed?
The decision to close Flambards temporarily is based on the latest guidance from the Government in response to the Covid-19 outbreak.
I have purchased a Day Ticket to visit Flambards between 21st March and 26th April 2020 – what should I do?
If you have booked a ticket to visit Flambards between 21st March and 26th April your ticket will be valid for use on any date during the 2020 season. No action is required and you do not need to contact us to arrange your future visit, simply arrive at Flambards and present your unused ticket(s) that show the original date (between 21st March and 26th April 2020) at admissions and the team will revalidate your tickets for entry that date.
I have a Season Pass or a Season Pass voucher – what shall I do?
Passes will still be valid for when the park is back open and we will review the validity period with you once we are clear on re-opening dates. If you have a Local’s Pass voucher, please keep hold of this for later in the year.
I purchased my tickets via a third party website – what shall I do?
If you have purchased through a third-party provider, please contact them directly to discuss your options.
