Online Booking Recommended
We recommend that where possible visitors book ahead online. This will save you money too and ensure you have secured a ticket as we will have limited capacity on some days.
How we are keeping you safe
In order to manage numbers and ensure social distancing guidelines are maintained, the theme park will initially be operating with reduced capacity and all visitors are encouraged to pre-book online.
While the vast majority of the rides and attractions will be open, some indoor areas will remain closed until government restrictions allow, these include Space Race, Demon Drop, Exploratorium Indoor and Outdoor play areas, The Victorian Village, and Britain in the Blitz. We expect to be able to reopen the indoor attractions from the 18th May 2021.
There is still a limitation on meeting up with other people outside of your household to a maximum of 6. We ask our visitors to please ensure they are following the current government guidelines before visiting. For more information please visit the Government website.
Team members will be following a series of enhanced cleaning and hygiene measures on-site and queue markers are in place to help visitors keep a safe distance apart.
A number of catering facilities will be open but ‘takeaway only’, as well as the gift shop, and visitors will need to use contactless card payments whenever possible.
Any visitor who has a temperature, or is showing any other signs of coronavirus, will be asked to stay at home and Flambards will re-schedule their visit for a future date.
