What toilet facilities are there?
We have three individual disabled toilets located near the entrance of the park.
One of these toilets contains a full height-adjustable, medical changing bed. In addition to this, we have a hoist available on request as it needs to be kept on charge so it is operational when required.
The development of this additional facility has been done following discussion and on-going evaluation of facilities with a local disabled group in order to provide a facility that is suitable for people with a wider range of needs. We are continually working to improve the facilities available.
We have a Room Mate® fitted in our main disabled toilet which provides an audio description of the layout of the toilet facilities for blind and visually impaired visitors.
Is there disabled parking?
Yes, there is plenty of FREE parking for disabled persons close to the entrance of the park.
Can I bring a guide dog?
Here at Flambards, we welcome all registered assistance dogs.
Whilst assistance/guide dogs are welcome they will not be able to accompany guests onto any of the rides. They will be allowed as far as the loading point where they must be left with a member of the party – they must never be left unattended anywhere in the Theme Park.
If you would like to enquire further about this, please email [email protected] prior to your visit.
Are Ride Access Tokens available at Flambards?
Flambards offers Ride Access Tokens to visitors who require them.
Owing to the family nature of our Theme Park and our naturally shorter queuing times, Flambards is a particularly popular choice for guests with additional needs. On busy days, please respect other ride pass holders, expect to wait at least 1 ride cycle and only use the pass when necessary.
On quieter days you will find that the need for a ride pass is not even necessary, making your family day out even easier. In our quest to promote equality, Flambards does not sell fast-pass or queue-jumper tickets of any sort, thus improving the guest journey for those with genuine access requirements.
This pass entitles the holder plus three additional guests to access up to 5 rides in the park.
The ride pass and pass holders wristband must be presented each time the pass is used.
On some occasions and for the safety, comfort and equality of all guests, our operators on site may ask you to return to the ride at a specified time – usually but not always within the hour.
Lost passes cannot be replaced.
Passes remain the property of Flambards at all times and are valid for the date entered only.
