Ride Height & Safety Guide

In order to ensure the health and safety of both our visitors and employees, a small selection of rides are temporarily unavailable to comply with current social distancing regulations. We will aim to reopen these rides as soon as it is safe to do so and apologize for any disappointment caused. Click here to find out more.

There are height restrictions to some rides. Click on the individual rides on the Park Map for full details.
Rides Safety and Access Guide
We welcome visits by disabled people and will do all that is possible to ensure a safe and pleasurable day out. However, certain rides and attractions in our park can be physically demanding and vigorous. We, therefore, reserve the right to refuse admission to certain rides should we feel there is a danger to a particular individual or individuals for whatever reason. We have been advised by the Health and Safety Executive that refusal on the ground of Health and Safety does not constitute discrimination. We hope that you understand and accept the decisions made in the interest of your own safety.
All riders and carers must check ride information and the actual ride, prior to embarkation, to ensure movements of the ride and rider ‘bodymass’ is sufficient to allow the proper operation of all restraint devices and to ensure that ‘Body Control’, that may only be known to the rider or carer, will allow the rider to brace or hold tightly to rails or restraints.
See our Accessibility information page for more details.
